Good Morning Everyone!
Yesterday I did get outside to walk 10 minutes both in the afternoon and again in the evening. My husband got home in time to walk with me in the evening. We actually ended up walking for closer to 12 minutes. It feels good to get out in the fresh air and sunshine even when it is 108 degrees.
