Hi all! Sounds like a great idea for keeping motivated. I am in day 6 of Medifast and I have been absolutely 100% since starting. You mentioned if you go off plan you would possibly do an Atkins day. Can you do this maybe twice every 30 days and still keep losing steadily? Does it throw a big kink in the plan for that week or anything? At day 6 I'm definitely NOT ready to go off plan yet, but I can see how I will get bored with the same things after some time, so if this is a possibility I would like to know it is there.
As far as the challenge. My weigh day is Thursday so I will update as soon as I wake up and weigh!
