Any special Father's Day plans?
Both of our Dad's are no longer with us. We allow Mother's Day to be my Day (since my Mom is no longer with us) and Father's Day is for DH. I am wanting to stick to my eating plan like glue since we will be going out of town for the 4th of July. We will go eat out where DH wants to go but it won't be anything major. I should still be able to stick with my plan

4/22/15 My current goal is to get into the 160's. First weigh in after setting goal: 176.8
12/7/15 I finally got back into the 150's!
01/1/16 Vacation hit and now it's my goal to get back into the 150's.
I started my most recent weight loss journey January 2008.
I lost 1/2 of my starting body weight and entered into maintenance May 2011.
Now the real work begins!
