Default counting fruit and vege calories

So firstly I am not a huge fan of vegetables so I like to make a green juice smoothie most mornings and I since I want to start counting calories I am wondering if my smoothie counts for a lot of calories.

My smoothie consists of:
handful of spinach
half a cucumber
a green apple
celery
half squeezed lemon juice
water
and some sort of frozen fruit (pineapple or mixed berries)

This usually makes two or two and a half servings that I will drink throughout the day

Hi the ingredients are low in calories in general. It would be worthed to buy a food scale to get the exact grams of each ingredient. On the internet you have free website where you can keep track of what you eat and it evens gives you the nutrients.
