It would almost make a good "IP party game" where you have to guess what they mystery food is LOL. I loved your advice about avoiding the "triggers" and making conscious thoughts about the power we have over what we eat. We are creatures of habit after all. I always laugh at little things I do -- like use the same bathroom stall at work or having to put the toilet paper on the right way. It's so silly. How many "routines" do I have that involve food? Next time I feel like snacking or something, I'm going to be thinking about the "why" I'm hungry instead of the "what" can I have.
