These days I'm low on motivation for losing weight, so I'm telling myself I had a few maintaining weeks. I'm also telling myself that the reason for eating a little more than I should was that I was more focused on excercise. It's so depressing to check in on a weight-loss challenge, when you haven't lost weight in almost four weeks. Anyway, I hope the faze is over and today I'm starting fresh.
Weight lost in 1st challenge: 8.2lbs (3.7kg) - 7 weeks
Weight lost in 2nd challenge: 5.9lbs (2.7kg) - 9 weeks
Weight lost in 3rd challenge: 3.4lbs (1.5kg) for now - 9 weeks
20/04/2014: 187.9lbs (85.2kg)
07/06/2014: 184.5lbs (83.7kg)
Goal weight: 181.9lbs (82.5kg) - 3.4lbs lost, 2.6lbs to go
My goal for Challenge 3 was to get to 179.9lbs (81.6kg) and since I don't see myself losing 4.6lbs (2.1kg) in two weeks, I felt I needed to change it to a more reasonable number. That means I still lose 6lbs (2.7kg) in the Easter - Summer challenge.
