05/30/14...232.6... goal is to have 6 glasses of water weekly
06/07/14...232.0...with my hormonal issues anything different can cause my body to be totally thrown off. Even though I went from drinking 2-3 glasses of water daily to 6...I went up to 235.8 yesterday before coming down. 0.6 lb loss rather than a gain...I'll take it!
