I'm going to bail out on the daily weighing.
I just a new scale and there is a -2lb. difference. I'm 2 lbs. less on the new scale. I've been back and forth on the two scales this morning and obsessing over the numbers. I'm going to pick the lower number (of course!). But for now I'd better go back to once a week weigh in so I don't get too caught up in the whole scale thing
