1. 188.4 no walk today
2. 188.6 5 mile walk/90 minutes
3. 188.4 5 mile walk/85 minutes
4. 186.6 5 mile walk/90 minutes with some running!!
5. 185.8 5 mile run/walk - 90 minutes.
6. 187.0 5 mile run/walk - 90 minutes- took my resistance band and did arm exercises and 25 squats at home.
7. 185.6 5 mile run/walk - 90 minutes - got chased by a dog which really got my heart rate up LOL!
8. 185.6 no walk today
9. 185.6 5 mile run/walk - 80 minutes!! lots of resistance band (so much my wrist hurts :P
10. 185.0 5 miles run/walk carried my hand weights
11. 185.0 5 miles on the treadmill, it's raining out! I have to use the incline feature or it shuts off so it kicks my butt!
12. 184.4 not sure if I'm even going to have time or energy to walk today! Got a bad cold.

a reminder from myself...
I have to fight the tendency of stinkin' thinkin' to give up because I'm not progressing. As long as I am still moving and watching what I put in my mouth then I am progressing no matter what the scale says.
