Hi all! I have lots to catch up on and will do that in a separate post later. I'm so exhausted after 6 weeks of being super strict and am so ready for this break. My hormones are still in flux and that is probably contributing. I don't know what is going on with my crazy body. No change since last week, but I know that I worked hard, exercised hard and ate on plan so I did all I could. I did have great measurements this month. I had no idea all this walking would pay off in such a big way. I have measurements I haven't seen since I was a teenager and weighed 40-50 lbs less. So weird. Anyway, I'm weighing in a couple of days early this week and won't weigh again until next Thurs when I return. More on that later...
