P1
B: Strawberry Cheesecake Quest bar
L: Proti-Thin Fusilli with 1 cup sliced mushrooms and 1 cup fresh spinach
D: Not sure yet - may do 4 whole eggs and two egg whites in an omelet with spinach
S:My last IP chocolate drink mix, heated and served with a bit of alcohol-free vanilla flavoring.
I am seriously going to be sad to drink the last of the IP chocolate drink. It was one of my main go-to's. I need to find an alternative replacement. If anyone has thoughts, please let me know!

when did you feel comfortable switching to alternatives? I am just starting out and trying to learn as much as I can but I know eventually the wallet will win.

L: ip BBQ crisps
D: 4 eggs, 2 egg whites in an omelette with spinach and mushrooms
