Thank you Mozzy for starting this.
I usually weigh in weekly on another thread, but it will be interesting to see the daily ups(hopefully not so much) and downs(hopefully more).
Plus it will be a daily reminder to stay on track.
Got a little too much sun yesterday working up a sweat in the garden, and am up a bit from Saturday, but I am sure it is just water retention.
