Hi Everyone! I had started on May 19, then lost my way for about a week. No gain back, but still lost a week that I could have been losing
Back on the path now and determined not to stray again.
So far, so good for today
Taking it one meal at a time, and those meals are *with* me, my own, not having to go out some place and get veggies (and ahem, whatever else might fall into the bag).
