Hiker- Ahh! You're so close to 80 lbs! I bet you'll hit the milestone tomorrow. Drink lots of water and avoid the crisps. Those darned, tasty things always make me retain water and give me the big C which slows down the scale temporarily. I do keep a box in my cupboard for salty cravings because it's better than cheating and the issues they cause are just annoying and temporary. I'm so happy for you and your accomplishment! 80 lbs is a major feat!
