Default I'm jumping in!

No more "toe in the water" starts and stops. I have done Atkins in the past... but think it will be so much easier now with online calorie (carb) counters. Dh and I are leaving for CA June 12th and I'd love to lose 10lbs by then. Might be a tad unrealistic, but maybe not since a chunk will be water weight.

I'm off to read more on the forum and find a ticker.

You've made a great decision coming back to Atkins!
My suggestion would be to re-read the book (Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002 or prior) to re-familiarize yourself with the plan & assure you do it correctly.
I just celebrated 10 years on Atkins in April. Its a great plan!!
You CAN do this!
All the best to you!!

Thanks, Kim! Yes, I definitely need to re-read the book. It's been too long!
