I'm glad I started participating last month, the daily weigh-ins are immensely helpful. My goal this month is to start seeing 134 on the scale in the mornings!
I am in! I kind of dropped out for a few weeks and have been maintaining, but I still have 15 pounds to go to get to goal so I want to get back on the wagon, so to speak, for a couple more months at least, until; I am officially in maintenance.
