what is going on? I miss reading about your days. It is almost like a book or sitcom for me.

1st time around lost down to 248. Hunger and cravings came back with a vengeance.
Restart Dec. 2016 at 315. Doing lower carb and IF. Started with a 16:8 window.
Now down to One Meal A Day and loving it! Thank you Dr. Jason Fung!
