Well, as expected, I did gain back about half of my water whoosh once my body regulated from all that sweating and eating too low. And my scale did its usual up and down .4 during the weigh in ritual so I always keep the highest number. The good news is that I KEPT half of that loss so I'm happy with another healthy overall loss this week for staying so strict.
