I'm a little late in joining this thread, and I just started exercising again a few days ago but:
Goal: 938 minutes (67 minutes a day, 6 days a week and there are 2 weeks left of May [I rest on Sundays])
Achieved so far: 871
Amount to Reach Goal: 67
Ah, almost reached my goal. I skipped a day because of shin and stomach pain.
Goal Weight 1: 299 lbs
UGW: 120 lbs
When I hit 215- No longer Morbidly Obese
When I hit 160- No longer Obese
When I hit 130- No longer Overweight
If I ever hit 100- You've gone too far. (Underweight)
Every 10 lbs I get
