Katt my goal weight is ?. Now that I am much older I just want to be healthy and still be able to eat. I figure I'll know when I get there. I do want to weigh less then 200 pounds though. I'm not real curvy so it all settles in my gut. Tell hunny that a new company took over twinkes and some say they aren't what they used to be.
1st time around lost down to 248. Hunger and cravings came back with a vengeance.
Restart Dec. 2016 at 315. Doing lower carb and IF. Started with a 16:8 window.
