Ok so I think the fat thing has something to do with it - yesterday I was 5% carbs, 57% fat, 39% protien - had a day planned where it would have been perfect, but forgot my daughter had a band concert so dinner had to be changed.
But much better than that high 60's that was going on and the scale reflected it.
Carol - drinking lots of water and activity and all that --- the only thing I could find as an issue was the fat content being higher than recommended - i'll keep at it a few days and see if this keeps up.
