Yes it is wonderful to have each other for motivation. As we have said before...we understand each other's struggle, and our friends and family who have never had weight issues will never be able to relate to us in the same way!
Well, Thursday's walk was rained out and I kept saying I was gonna Zumba...but...that never happened
I did do some house work, and then worked some extra hours at our after hours peds clinic.
Did walk today tho...2.8 miles. And hopefully I will get some Zumba in today!
