Joining in a bit late but need to start logging again. Goal for the rest of the month is to get a minimum 1 hour workout everyday.

May 14 - 30DS Level 2 Day 1 (didn't even do it with the same intensity cos of TOM )

May 19 - 15 mins treadmill, 30 DS L2D2, 10 mins bike
May 20 - 15 mins treadmill, 30 DS L2D3, 30 mins elliptical
May 21 - 30 DS L2D4, 30 mins walk
May 22 - 30 DS L2D5, 30 mins elliptical, 25 mins treadmill
May 23 - 30 DS L2D6, 60 mins treadmill
May 24 - 15 mins treadmill, 30 mins elliptical
May 25 - 15 mins treadmill, 30 mins elliptical
