This is not for most people. But I eat a lot of oily fish (salmon, mackeral, sardines, trout, anchovies) and it does wonders for my skin, eyes and hair.

Not to mention my weightloss, helps my joints and improves my heart health.

Fish oil supplements might help too if you don't like fish.
