Walked 2.4 miles today. I'm going to try to get some Zumba in today too! Made plans with my walking buddy to walk Thurs. and Fri. So hopefully getting back on track with regular excercise!
I saw 209.6 on my scales after my walk so that was exciting!
I was wondering how many of us would be interested in keeping the excercise thread as an accountability thread rather than it being a "challenge" thread. See I know I could count on Calee to fuss
at me if I started being lazy lol.
