Happy Mother's Day to the moms! I've had a strange couple of days with last-minute plan changes and lots of food outside of my kitchen. Aiming for a full day of home-prepared foods today. I have logged, with lots of guesses on nutritional information. Following the Beck advice that AZTricia posted last night, I'm being kind and saying "well, that was an interesting couple of days, but it's sure going to feel good to be back to normal today!"
