Height: 5'2" on a tall day.


Still having trouble with junk and portion size so my goals are:

1. Just say NO to junk food.
2. Weigh and measure as needed.
3. Track my food daily!
Start date: 6/22/11 - 319.8
Current:4/28/16 283.8 refuse to raise this #. On hold.
No where to go but DOWN.
