Still having trouble with junk and portion size so my goals are:
1. Just say NO to junk food.
2. Weigh and measure as needed.
3. Track my food daily!

Current: 2/26/15 - 289.4
(Working on getting back to 244 after a re-gain.)
No where to go but DOWN.
