Ladies, I saw a new low 159.4 I was gonna eat a baked potato last night after church but I didn't. I made it then wrapped it and put it in the fridge. Instead I ate crustless pepperoni pizza. Going to a movie today so I hope the popcorn doesn't mess me up since I'm eating it early in the day, have a pass that gives popcorn and a drink. One of my evening weaknesses was/is popcorn and it use to get me every time with the water gain in the morning. Hoping to keep the numbers going down the rest of the week
