Hi,

I recently purchased the newer Beck diet book. I have begun reading it the last couple of days. I am looking for support as I go through this process of losing weight. I am not sure how the "buddy thing" works on this site, however, I do agree that it is an important component. I have started my lists as instructed in the materials. I would appreciate any direction, suggestions etc...

Glad you've found this Beck Forum.

We serve as Beck Coaches (older Pink Book) and Beck Buddies (newer Green Book) to each other. We post our progress - daily or as often as fits. We've supportive to each other as best we can through posts on a forum.

It seems to help a bunch of us.

To join in, just post in the monthly thread, currently http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/beck...ddy-coach.html, and slowly get to know the others that are posting. The key thing is to post your progress; it'll take time to get to know the rest of us so don't be in a hurry to feel you have to create responses.
