Angela, thanks for your post. When others share insight into their lives and thoughts I find it helpful to ponder those things in my life as well. There is a book The Courage To Grieve it questions our 3 days off of work and get over it mentallity.

I am in the process of grieving for dreams that will never be fulfilled. I know I feel hopeless about many things so I think I may as well have my cake in life. I also know I have a very blessed life and need to focus on that.
1st time around lost down to 248. Hunger and cravings came back with a vengeance.
