You're right, I should focus on the fact that I stopped myself before any damage was done... I'm really bad with self-deprecation, especially when I feel like I haven't done as well as I could. I'm very type-A with personal goals, I need to work on that!

On the plus side, I'm no longer hungry or craving chocolate, haha.
