My first mini goal is two parts -
1: Stick to week 1 of Atkins induction with no mistakes
2: Drop 10lbs during week 1
1: I have not strayed not one time.
2. I have lost 12 lbs in one week.
Now on to week 2!!!
Three part mini-goal:
1. Pay closer attention to carbs from veggies and make sure I get 12-15 per day
2. Keep calories betwen 1200-1500
3. Loose 8 additional pounds
*** I know loosing 10 lbs a week is not 'normal' and should not be expected all the time. However I have a total of 175lbs to loose so weight will drop quicker off of me and I only anticipate these kinds of results during the first 2 weeks of induction on Atkins. After that my goal is 2lbs per week.
