The year is flying by!! I can't believe it.
Congrats on the week of mindfulness!! you know they say it only takes 15 days to make something a habit, and I hope "they're" right!!!
last week was less exercise and less on plan than I had hoped so this week I am making it up with 15 extra minutes of cardio each day and so far so good
