Oh right, i forgot about this thread. Well yesterday much to my surprise i started running again. I found a training program that i've decided to follow. It only requires two outings a week and is easy for me to start with. Later on there will be three sessions. But i could always keep it to two if i weren't hoping to join a race at the end of the year.
So yes yesterday was running 1.5 miles.2.5kilometres and walking 2 minutes , then running 2 minutes. Couldn't be much easier than that. it took me 18 minutes but there's no time constraint.
