Happy to report an on plan day. That's 4 in a row. I really feel better when I don't eat sugar and very little wheat. I am writing down what I eat and counting calories. I am using Beck strategies and also information from the Diet Fix. I am trying to take stock every day about where I am at. I have to work really hard at recognizing when things start to slide and turn it around this time, instead of going on a 2 or 3 week overeating spree. My psyche can't take any more of this yo-yo eating life.
