'mornin. Just got back from my walk, 1.8 slow miles in 40 minutes. I am telling myself this - I WILL NOT GET DISCOURAGED BY MY SLOW PACE.

May 4th - My goal is 10 pounds in May, starting out at 164
May 5th - 163

Is it ok if we post our food plans? it helps me to plan out the day, prep and be prepared, etc....
