Yay Easily! Look at you go! Brilliant!

I was reading a review for spray magnesium this morning because I started using it liberally this week and my weight also went up. I kept saying sodium sodium sodium but it didn't make sense given my food intake. I've been spraying liberally before bed to help with leg cramps, improve sleep and help keep me regular. It does all three. The reviewer says she only does it every other night because the salt builds up. WHAT? Of course! Why didn't I think of that. It leaves a residue of salt on the skin after its one absorbing. DUH!

So maybe since I'm so focused and keeping carbs and calories down, I'm actually losing but retaining fluids and not registering going down a bit in weight.

Only five hours sleep. Never great for the scale. Tonight is a late concert. Still up at 5:30 for work tomorrow.
