Good luck!!!!!! On week 3 here....I really haven't found it hard at all and haven't been hungry either! Well, sometimes "emotionally" like when I wanted to shove an entire cupcake in my mouth after my daughter accidentally dumped most of her JUST decorated birthday cupcakes on the floor.
Just make sure you have your meat and veggies very handy so when you are hungry you don't have to work too hard. I think prepping with this diet is the key to its success (I hope anyway)!
