Hi im new on here and 46 and over the years have lost and gained more than I dare think about but have high blood pressure and need to get the weight off and keep it off so any support would be appreciated
I am 46 also, and a life-long weight yo-yo-er working hard to put a stop to THAT! Everyone here understand how hard to is to do this this whole "weight loss and weight maintenance" thing!
