Cookies did not turn out well. I had to make sunbutter from sunflower seeds. I had too many other recipes going at the same time so I took a shortcut...
1st time around lost down to 248. Hunger and cravings came back with a vengeance.
Restart Dec. 2016 at 315. Doing lower carb and IF. Started with a 16:8 window.
