Default I went on hiatus but i'm back, trust me. Sorry if i let anyone down.

I feel a tad ashamed as I "took a week off" and oh man did I really put it away. I ended up never really starting back again since and as a result of no exercise and eating crap I shot up to 261 from 232. Such a shame really as I was doing so well having hit the 100lb mark after almost a year, when I was at my bottom weight was when people started to become really overwhelmed by my loss and my motivation was through the roof. Then Christmas came and I think you know what happened there.

This is a fine time to kick start my journey with the nice weather approaching. Sorry if I let anyone down who may have been following me.

But i'm back, things are back to normal, i'm eating pure clean and only drinking water. I'm back doing IF (intermittent fasting) which in my opinion is the holy grail of fat burning. I'm also doing the insanity home workout again for the summer.

I'm kickstarting my weight loss ...again on my old thread where as ususual I will be tracking my loss.

I WILL REACH MY GOAL!!!

Getting back in the game is the hardest step. Kudos for doing that.

Looking forward to going forward.

Glad you're back in the game... I stepped away for a "week", and gained 5 lbs quicker than I could even THINK about it, LOL.

You can do it. WE can do it.

Have a great day,

Dean
