You can do this. Look at how much you have already overcome!! I too, last summer planned to have my dream body in time for this summer, you know the one that is about a month away. Didn't happen, but I am doing it now, and you can too. I too am at my highest weight and it is a struggle to stay dedicated to this process but the process will never be perfect and you can't expect it to be because that will set you up to fail and go back to the old habits. One suggestion is to take small steps in the direction of exercise, say take a walk everyday and slowly increase the time and the pace over weeks. Even changing your diet can be done in little changes like cutting out soda one week, then something else the next and so on until you've changed completely to the diet you want.
