Saturdays are tough for me so I have a plan in place for my food. I've started on the water. Most importantly I have a plan to stay busy so I do not do my I'm bored eating.
I have been giving Fi's post a lot of thought and It occured to me what a handful I would be if I had a stroke at this weight. My husband would kill himself trying to take care of me. It is not OK for me to remain this heavy.
1st time around lost down to 248. Hunger and cravings came back with a vengeance.
Restart Dec. 2016 at 315. Doing lower carb and IF. Started with a 16:8 window.
Now down to One Meal A Day and loving it! Thank you Dr. Jason Fung!
