My weight is settling back down now that TOM is over. Been eating fairly well.
Not so great on the exercise again this week. A family member is dying (I hates me some cancer
) so the focus this week has been on doing what needs to be done and not soothing myself with food. I've spent more evenings curled up on the couch watching movies and going to bed early with a book than doing workouts, but that's life. *shrugs*
