Morning Ladies, I am happy to say I am back OP. I have a challenging weekend starting tonight with dinner at friends. I have chosen to bring my own food as all foods will be whites, can't go there. Tomorrow I'm going to a district meeting all day and must choose wisely from potluck foods. I'm bringing a dessert I can eat ( whipped creme-no sugar and fresh berries). Gonna go for a walk after this thread. Guess I will try to get some pm exercise in tonight as there will be no time for it tomorrow. I will bring my own water bottle Sat so I can measure my water intake - wish me luck.
