Hi there,
My name is Fay, i'm 24 years old, and I started Ideal Protein 4 days ago. I got weighed in yesterday as our schedules conflicted and was happy to have lost 4 pounds already.... I know, just water weight.
I'm looking to make some friends here who have also been on this journey, I know sometimes it gets tough and some support and motivation from others who have already been on this journey would be great.
Just a fat chick looking to make friends lol
