two weeks ago, for the 35234th time in my life, i decided to do something about my binge eating/obesity. although it is extremely hard, i am full of hope.
for more than 20 years (i am now 30), i felt i was alone with my eating disorder. it's not a nice feeling. so i would love to interact and share experiences with other overeaters. i don't want to recover alone!
sounds like a pretty frequently happening behaviour so there is no way on earth you are alone with that
I'm sure you have reflected yourself often, have you ever found out for yourself, why you usually eat too much?
psychological issues or maybe just a case of bad nutrition?
i think eating is my way of dealing with problems, emotions (negative and positive), boredom, loneliness. and my eating habits are terrible! probably cause as a kid i didn't eat regular, balanced meals.
my eating behaviour is very irregular...whats really weird is, that I eat more when I am actually happy. When I got issues like emotional or that kind of things, I lose weight rapidly.
