So I don't expect to see 135 by Tuesday. I expect to bounce between 137 and 138, even if I behave. I feel the bloat settling in already, ugh.

I did my first day of the second phase of my lifting program. It was tough but I feel so great for it! Unfortunately with that comes a lot of hunger. I'm over my calories but still under maintenance so I'm feeling good overall.
