I started about 9 days ago on a recommendation by a friend who'd loss 40lbs. I have loss about 5 lbs so far.
This is the perfect plan for me. I CANNOT cook and I've been dying to get back on a plan where I lose weight which is OA or FAA food plan. Not only can I not cook, but this plan only consist of protein and veggies! Perfect! I add a salad or coleslaw to lunch and dinner.
Just for today
- I will have a program. I may not follow it exactly, but I will have it. It will eliminate two pests -- hurry and indecision.-FA
