Monday: Walked 2 miles
Tuesday: Walked 2 miles with weight vest & ankle weights
Wednesday: Walked two miles, speed-walked two miles, Bosu squats
Thursday: Walked ALL. DAY. LONG. Umpteen hills/flights of stairs, too.
Friday: Walked three miles, Bosu squats
Saturday: Walked two miles with weighted best and ankle weights
I walked more on Thursday than I did any other day this week. Went to the zoo and walked ALL. DAY. LONG. I also deliberately climbed up all the stairs and hills I could find (our zoo is very hilly). Thursday was a VERY productive day, exercise-wise.
